Portside is a small family operation founded by Samuel Schwartz. Sam built up a following at local farmers markets, and is currently building his own baking shop here in Sausalito.
Select breads are delivered to the market on Thursdays.

Renowned Petaluma bakery founded by the late, great Kathleen Weber. We carry an assortment of Della Fattoria’s wood-fired loaves including their popular Semolina and Rosemary & Meyer Lemon.
The Acme Bread Company
Berkeley
Steven and Suzie Sullivan founded The Acme Bread Company in 1983 to bake bread for restaurants and stores who wanted to offer better bread. They are a Berkeley bakery, and one of the pioneers of the Bay Area’s “bread revolution.”
Many of our sandwiches are prepared on Acme rolls and loaves!

Berkeley
New Jersey transplant Emily Winston perfected the east coast bagel in Berkeley. Soon, Boichik Bagels were making “Best of” lists in San Francisco, and Emily opened her first retail bakery.
We carry Boichik bagels in the freezer at Driver’s, and serve them up fresh in the deli!
