Ethic

Ned Lawton started Ethic Ciders in Sebastopol in 2015.  He and his wife Michelle purchased an old apple orchard with trees that, though in rough shape, produced some of the most flavorful dry farmed apples he’d tasted. The Lawton’s invested in the orchard, using regenerative farming techniques, and expanding to a certified organic facility. Ethic won the 2020 Good Food Awards for their Golden Rule blend.
