October 2020 – Driver’s Market is proud to partner with No Bully during the month of October – National Bullying Prevention Month – and help spread the word about the San Francisco-based non-profit’s important work.
As part of our partnership, we are fundraising for No Bully at the Market, and we invite the community to their October programming. Join us to learn more about their work to develop new strategies to bring awareness to the bullying epidemic in the United States.
About No Bully
Having been bullied relentlessly as a teenager, No Bully founder Nicholas Carlisle wanted to ensure that other children did not have to endure the same abuse that he experienced in his formative years. In 2003, Nicholas established No Bully, which began as a collaborative team of educators, psychologists, and lawyers committed to ending the crisis of bullying in schools and online.
Over the last decade, No Bully has become the nation’s preeminent anti-bullying organization. Since its founding, they have successfully eliminated bullying incidents while serving hundreds of schools and over 250,000 students.

Please join No Bully and our panel of experts to discuss empathy and how to build and cultivate it in our schools.
October 29: A DISCUSSION ABOUT PROTECTING LGBTQ+ YOUTH
Live Virtual Webinar Panel (4-5 p.m. PST)
Did you know nearly half of transgender youth have been bullied on school property? The data shows that LGBTQ+ youth are vulnerable to bullying, violence, and suicide. In fact, LGBTQ+ youth are more likely to be bullied than their straight, cisgender counterparts, according to a recent CDC study.
