We can answer that. This month, our go-to dinner plan is an easy chicken roast, centered around bright cherry tomatoes, and plated on our house-made hummus. You can prep the ingredients quickly, pop it in the oven, and serve with your favorite wine and a baguette. There are plenty of ways to customize this weeknight dish, but not your choice of hummus.
